Zahra El-Zein, MBA
Chief Executive Officer / Partner
Zahra El-Zein has over a decade of executive leadership experience creating organizational structures, P&L management, and leading multi-departmental manufacturing companies. Zahra co-founded Bel-Air Machining in 2014, quickly becoming the aerospace industry’s premier manufacturing facility. Between 2017 and 2018, Zahra oversaw the acquisition and integration of two aerospace engineering companies. In 2023, Zahra and his partners launched Agora Space Technologies, serving as its Chief Executive Officer. Zahra holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management And Mathematics and a Master’s in Business Administration.
Dr. Rocky Bandzeladze received his Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University. He holds an MBA from California State University, San Marcos, and two BA degrees in Economics. Rocky is a co-founder of Agora Space Technologies Inc. He currently serves as the company’s Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the organization’s end-to-end business operations. Rocky has 25 years of executive leadership experience driving large-scale growth in financial organizations, with expertise in organizational transformation, P&L management, and strategic planning and implementation. Rocky has given back to the community through non-profit participation with organizations such as Orange County Junior Achievement, the Children’s Hospital of Orange County, and the Orange County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
